Experienced in all areas of litigation, Iain has proudly served clients in southern Ontario for over 25 years. Iain’s practice is particularly focused on criminal law, human rights, civil litigation, and municipal litigation. Iain has extensive trial experience and regularly advocates before the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice throughout all of southern Ontario.
Iain
continues to act for individuals accused of murder, attempted murder, sexual
assault, fraud and many other serious and complex criminal matters. Well versed
in municipal matters, Iain currently acts as counsel for individuals and
businesses charged by their respective municipalities with zoning and by-law
infractions.
Iain is actively involved with local
non-profit organizations which assist all members of the community.
When outside the courtroom Iain enjoys spending time with
his family and is a collector of antique classic cars and motorcycles. Iain also
enjoys watching movies and often can be heard citing movie quotes and using
movie analogies within the walls of the courthouse.
