Morgan represents
clients in courtrooms throughout Ontario in matters of criminal defence,
litigation, and advocacy. Morgan also advises clients in matters of estate
planning and contract law.
Morgan believes
in the benefits of courtroom experience, as it allows counsel to understand
mistakes others have made, and helps to avoid making these same mistakes in
the future. Using his extensive courtroom experience, Morgan is able to
help you identify and avoid further legal problems.
Morgan will provide
you with straightforward, frank, and compassionate advice; an honest opinion
on where you stand legally, and a simplified plan without sacrificing your
legal rights. Morgan is a member of the York Region Law Association and Criminal
Lawyer’s Association.
In his free time, Morgan enjoys sports,
travelling and spending time with his family and dog.
